The SDSU Lawrence County Extension Office is here to help people improve their lives through an educational process that uses scientific knowledge focused on issues and needs.

We provide leadership and coordination in the development and implementation of non-formal educational programs in agriculture, family and consumer sciences, natural resources and rural development. We also provide educational programs which enhance the life skills of youth through involvement in 4-H and youth programs.
