NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following person has applied to the Lawrence County Administrative Official for a Variance under the Lawrence County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 16, to request:

 

The applicant is requesting a Variance for a proposed detached shop building (Requesting a 19.7’ variance to the 25’ front setback on the SW corner) and an existing detached garage (Requesting a 24.4’ variance to the 25’ front setback).

LOCATION OF PROPERTY:  20810  MATTSON LANE

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: WOODBINE PLACER CLAIM M.S. 1208 LOT 3, SECTION  24, T5N, R3E, BHM, LAWRENCE COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA. 


PRESENT ZONING DISTRICT:  HSC - HIGHWAY SERVICE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT

 

Notice is further given that said application will be heard by the Lawrence County Commission, in the Commissioner's Room of the Courthouse Annex Building, 90 Sherman Street, Deadwood, South Dakota, on 11/13/2018 at 9:30 AM at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause if there be any, why such special exception should or should not be granted.
